1. Agreement to Terms
By booking, requesting, or paying for service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any service authorizations or estimates provided to you.
2. Services
We will perform the repair, inspection, maintenance, or other automotive services you authorize. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved by you and may affect price and timing.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle information, access to the vehicle, and a safe, suitable work area. The work area must be reasonably level, stable, and free from hazards, and we may refuse service if conditions are unsafe .
4. Payment
Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may require payment before releasing the vehicle and unpaid balances may result in retained possession where permited by law.
5. Authorization to Operate
You authorize us to enter, inspect, move, test-drive, and transport the vehicle as needed to complete the work.
6. Parts and Warranty
Parts supplied remain subject to any stated warranty terms. Warrenties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance items, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.
7. Limitation Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or losses caused by factors outside our control, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We may reschudule or refuse service due to weather, safety issues, staffing, equipment failure, or other operational reasons. You may be responsible for fees if cancellation occurs after dispatch or after work has begun.
9. Personal Property
Please remove valuables and personal belongings before service. We are not liable for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle, except where required by law.
